The time frame for order delivery consists of two parts:
Processing Time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The fulfillment center processes the orders. Each order will take about 2 - 3 business days before shipping out.
Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15 – 30 business days. US orders are shipped by ePacket, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 15 and 30 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
ePacket: only ship to countries: The United States, Canada, Australia.
Standard Postal Delivery: China Post Air Mail, Netherlands Post, Singapore Post supports worldwide shipping.
UK Express: All packages ship to the UK will use UK Express by default, not ePacket.
US Express: US Express can only deliver to the USA (Military bases not included). Carrier: USPS. You can choose this fast shipping method when fulfill an order, the cost is $8.99.
ePacket: Average delivery time is 15 - 25 days.
Standard Postal Delivery: Average delivery time is 15 - 30 days.
UK Express: Average delivery time is 6 - 10 days.
US Express: Average delivery time is 5- 8 days.
Note: Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore there is not guaranteeing delivery dates. Delivery time may become longer due to the busy seasons like Halloween, Christmas, and Black Friday.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service generally, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to inform you of how and where your delivery can be collected.
There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability.
